  • What does Fully-Eligible mean?

Fully-Eligible refers to the punishments not being severe, this means that you are eligible to submit an appeal instantly after receiving the Punishment if you feel as though you shouldn't have received the Punishment.

We suggest you read the How to Appeal page before submitting an appeal.

    What does Semi-Eligible mean?

Semi-Eligible refers to the punishments being very severe, however you are still eligible to appeal these punishments, but only after 30 days of them being issued against your account.

[EXAMPLE] Say you were to get Permanently Trade Banned on the 1st of July, you would not be eligible to appeal until the 1st of August. Any submitted appeals before this date will be denied, which will result in you not being permitted to appeal that punishment again as you are only permitted 1 appeal per punishment. Please make sure you are aware of when you are punished and when you are eligible to appeal.

Once you are eligible to appeal, we suggest you read the How to Appeal page before submitting an appeal.

    What does Non-Eligible mean?

Non-Eligible refers to punishments being very severe, unfortunately this means those punishments are not eligible for Appeal. Any of the punishments listed above as Non-Eligible cannot and will not be undone under any circumstance. If you attempt to appeal these punishments, the appeal will be denied.

Please do not try and appeal any Non-Eligible punishments.
